30 years of theory and practice

 

Leesa Conley founded her design firm – Conley Design Inc. in 1980 and for 28 years served as president and owner of the company. Leesa joined Aramark Corporation International Design Department as a Design Team Manager leading a team to design restaurant facilities in the United States and Europe. In 2004 Leesa departed Aramark and reopened her design consulting business in West Palm Beach with colleagues in the industry.

Current civic involvement includes Infill Philadelphia, how innovative design can improve food access in urban neighborhoods and the West Palm Beach CRA Merchant Assistance Program. Three projects in West Palm Beach were recipients of the 2009 Florida Redevelopment Association Award. The program emphasis is specializing in design, merchandising, promotional sales tools and service techniques for small business.

 

 

 

Mitchell Harding brings 30 years of experience in negociation, employee supervision and construction management. As part of the team, he manages the procurement end of the project through to completion. Expertise in managing contractors and bidding process enhances each project to be completed properly and within budget. With 15 years in selling commericial real estate and 15 years of project management Mitch adds a very important element to the team.

 

 

 

Tony Volpe has over twenty-three years of professional experience in restaurant and food service operations and marketing. He worked with Leesa at Aramark as a multi-functional team leader in food court development and restaurant food concept design. Tony has managed all aspects of foodservice including production systems, merchandising plans, menu strategy, signage and graphic development. His concentration is in developing multiple food concepts, assessing marketing needs for all types of businesses. He develops logos and packaging as well as creating complete food service programs for department stores, convenience stores and supermarkets.
